We allow you to bundle any and all services together, in fact, the more services you have the bigger the discount.

What are the long distance rates? Does it cost more to call within my own state?
Our rate is 5¢ per minute for all 50 states including your own!

Can I make International calls?
Yes. Just call our office for rate information and we will activate your ability to make
International calls. There is no charge to have this service activated on your line. Please see
this page for our current international billing
rates.

Do I have to pay any fees to FCC?
No, currently there is no legislation that allows the FCC to apply charges to VoIP systems.

Will I be charged any tax on my phone service?
No, VoIP systems are not taxable at this time. There are taxes on cable television and internet services.

Can I add on any feature?
Any feature we offer may be added to a package for $2.95 per month. All features are included
with our Dial Tone Unlimited package.

Before Install
Can I keep my current phone number?
No, you will be assigned a new phone number.

Can I get an Unlisted number?
Yes, just make sure to inform us when you call to setup service. This is a free service if
mentioned at the time of setup.

Do I have to be home to have the telephone service installed?
Yes. When you call to setup an appointment, you will be given a two hour time frame of when the technician will arrive.

What is done at the time of installation?
Our technician will install a modem and a telephone adapter inside your apartment, along with
any other service you had requested.

Do I need a special telephone?
No, we will install a telephone adapter in your apartment that will allow you to use any phone that is
compatible with a traditional telephone service.

Do I need a computer?
No, you do not need a computer or internet access to use our phone service. Our technician will install
a modem and telephone adapter in your apartment. If you have a computer you may subscribe to our High
Speed Internet access as well.

Can I watch TV and make a phone call at the same time?
Yes, in fact if you have our internet service you can do both simultaneously.

Can I use a dialup internet provider with this phone system?
We cannot guarantee the use or stability of a dialup provider. We are offering a 96k cable modem service
for $19.95 per month, cheaper than many national
dialup ISPs and up to twice the speed.

What are the long distance rates? Does it cost more to call within my own state?
Our rate is 5¢ per minute and never more than $20 a month for all 50 states including your own!

The electricity is off, and my phone doesn't work?
This phone system requires power to the equipment installed in the apartment to
make and receive phone calls. If you provide your own backup power supply to
the equipment you will be able to use your phone during a power outage. For
details, please contact our technical support department.

No, if you experience any delay, please contact our office to schedule a service call.

Can I use a dialup internet provider with this phone system?
We cannot guarantee the use or stability of a dialup provider. We are offering a 96k
